My Story
The Heart Behind Heritage Nomadic
Sri Lanka has never been just a destination to me — it is home.
I grew up surrounded by its landscapes, traditions, and a culture built on genuine hospitality. My professional journey began within the hotel and travel industry across Sri Lanka and the Maldives, where I worked closely with international travellers and hospitality teams. Those years shaped my understanding of what truly makes a journey memorable: attention to detail, cultural authenticity, and personal care.
After relocating to the United Kingdom, I recognised that many travellers were eager to explore Sri Lanka but sought clearer guidance and trusted local insight. With first-hand knowledge of the destination and established relationships within the Sri Lankan hospitality sector, I realised I could offer something unique — a bridge between the UK traveller and the real Sri Lanka.
